Research Topic: Kinship Face Synthesis
Generated high-fidelity kinship faces given parental images, and improved state-of-the-art methodologies of kin face manipulation. This work was accepted by Asian Conference on Computer Vision (ACCV) 2022.

Built Proof of Concept workflows for cloud computing and hybrid cloud services on Azure. Installed infrastructure of Azure Stack HCI and developed demo applications on it. I developed a real-time stock analysis website with a self-hosted gateway on Azure Stack HCI using Arc-enabled API Management service. This demo was showcased on Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) Public Sector Day.
Guided 120+ female undergraduates to build a face detection application via PowerApps to support women in tech.
I was the Teachinig Assistant of the class, Programming in Business Computing, instructed by Prof. Ling-Chieh Kung. I taught fundamental Python during office hours twice a week for programming beginners, and provided office hours twice a week for 40+ students.
I designed an interactive chatbot in TypeScript supporting vocabulary learning. By integrating multiple English-Mandarin dictionary references in the chatbot, people can learn English in a more entertain and efficient manner. Currently, there are 850+ active users.
Proposed a bilateral-branch network with the Swin Transformer backbone to perform long-tail fine- grained food classification (ICCV’21 Workshop Challenge). Achieved 88.07%/85.04%/65.73% accuracy on frequent/common/rare track (number of data: 100+/10~100/<10) on 1000-class food image classification. This work was ranked 1st/10 teams in the course Deep Learning for Computer Vision.
Developed a 2D PC game using Python. Players use the keyboard to control the character in the game to dodge bullets.

This is a PC game coded in C++ using Simple and Fast Multimedia Library (SFML) supporting 3 game modes and 3 challenges. In this project, we developed an algorithm to control the snake to avoid collision. Our team was ranked 1st/41 teams in the course Data Structure and Advanced Program Design.
